The Star Trac Pro Recumbent Bike will also monitor your heart rate for you with its Dyanmic Heart Rate Control technology and Polar compatibility. The Star Trac Pro will even adjust its intensity to keep riders in their heart rate target zone. The one-piece crank system with sealed bearings provides a smooth and quiet workout. The quiet performance enables riders to enjoy their music, e-book, or television without interference. This model’s comfortable seat, which provides full back support, can be reclined and adjusted between 20 and 29 inches and even includes armrests. Riders can stay cool and refreshed with the built-in fan and cup holder. Unlike most exercise units, This Star Trac Recumbent Bike conveniently provides an adjustable reading rack; it can slide closer or farther away from the rider.
